The atmosphere at the scene instantly exploded, and everyone panicked.
Ronte, the man with the ponytail, let out a furious roar.
He immediately began tugging at the ring on his finger, all color on his face replaced by rage.
He shook his finger with all his strength, but it was useless. Even after pulling it red, the ring did not budge.
"Give me the letter."
Alice suddenly lunged forward and snatched the letter from Aizen's hand, reading it line by line, word by word.
After finishing it, Alice hurled the letter to the floor, rushed into the kitchen, and desperately scrubbed her finger with soap, trying every possible way to remove the ring.
The others did not need to read the letter to know that what Aizen had just said was not a lie. Every word was true.
"So that's how it is... I was wondering why the owner was being so generous. Turns out, that ten thousand dollars in wealth has to be fought for with your life. It seems this game isn't merely a 'game' after all."
