"How did you... when did you get behind me?" Burter asked with an ugly expression, cold sweat uncontrollably beading on his forehead.
Goku shrugged indifferently. "While you were dodging just now. Your eyesight is too poor."
"That's impossible! My speed is the fastest in the universe! There's no way you're faster than me!"
"Then it looks like you can only be second-fastest in the universe now." Goku made a rare joke, teasing him.
He was currently in an extremely inflated state, which was also a common flaw among Saiyans.
After gaining new power, they all liked to show off. When facing opponents they could easily kill in seconds, they would not finish them off, instead playing with them like a cat tormenting a mouse.
Both the current Goku and the later Vegeta displayed this trait to the fullest, and they never changed from beginning to end.
