Tita walked through a door.
She was a little flustered. Although this was not the first time she had faced such a perilous situation, she had always had friends by her side before, as well as Agate. Everyone had protected her. This was the first time she had come to a place like this alone. Her actions could even affect everyone, preventing all those trapped in this world from escaping.
What was more, if the people here remained trapped forever, the world of the Zemuria Continent could not be saved, and Ouroboros would devour the world.
The thought made her even more nervous. She tightly gripped the orbal cannon in her hands and focused intently on the scene before her.
This place seemed strangely familiar, yet not quite. Tita did not know where this pitch-black place without even a trace of light was. She switched on the miner's lamp on her hat, only to find that the place was unfathomably deep. Even when the light shone into it, there was almost no reflection. She could only barely make out what lay before her, and still had to walk slowly, one step at a time.
