Maitreya Buddha left and returned to Spirit Mountain, where he told Tathagata Buddha the news.
"The power of the Earth's core. The Jade Emperor of the Heavenly Court should be very interested in such a thing," Tathagata Buddha said calmly.
Maitreya Buddha asked, "Should we tell the Jade Emperor about this?"
"There is no harm in telling him. The Undying Clan's Earth-core power is not so easily obtained. If the Jade Emperor wishes to possess it, his chances are slim," Tathagata Buddha said.
"Then why should we tell him?"
"Though the chances are slim, they are not nonexistent. Letting him know sooner is fine as well."
Maitreya Buddha nodded and informed the Four Heavenly Kings of the Buddhist sect.
The Four Heavenly Kings of the Buddhist sect relayed the news to the Jade Emperor. The Jade Emperor was overjoyed and swiftly summoned Kui Mulang.
Kui Mulang was pleased as well.
