After Uchiha Shin returned to Cloud Dream Marsh, he had already predicted that the Heavenly Court was about to make its move.
While he had been in the Heavenly Court, he had sensed it. They had already made their preparations and were merely waiting for him to leave before acting.
"Little Shrimp Soldier, are you worried?" The Fourth Princess sat down beside Uchiha Shin and asked.
"A little," Uchiha Shin said. "But I still believe in the monkey. He may be reckless, but he isn't recklessly stupid. Since he's already been warned, there shouldn't be any major problems."
The Fourth Princess nodded without saying anything more, silently keeping him company.
Half a month later in the mortal realm, one of his subordinates hurried in from outside with urgent news for Uchiha Shin.
"Clan Head! Clan Head!"
"What happened?" Uchiha Shin asked. He recognized the man as a spy he had sent to Flower Fruit Mountain to monitor the situation there.
"Clan Head, all the troops at Flower Fruit Mountain have assembled. Their warships are all hovering above the mountain. It seems Six-Eared Macaque intends to lead the army to the Heavenly Court to rescue the Great Sage Equaling Heaven," the subordinate said.
Uchiha Shin frowned. That Six-Eared Macaque!
But upon further thought, Uchiha Shin felt that he had not done anything wrong. If something truly happened to the monkey in the Heavenly Court, it would be a good thing for Flower Fruit Mountain's army to go rescue him. Even if they did not attack, with so many troops glaring at the Heavenly Court, the Jade Emperor would not dare act recklessly.
"Understood. Go inform Six-Eared Macaque to remain on full alert and await my orders. If he dares act without authorization, don't blame me for being merciless!" Uchiha Shin said.
