Peach Demon looked at the ambush around her and merely gave a cold smile.
"You're still too foolish. You believed me after I casually said just a few words," Shen Gongbao said smugly.
Peach Demon looked at Shen Gongbao without saying a word.
"You only lost your head because you care too much. I know you care deeply about that Sun Wukong. Don't tell me you've fallen for that monkey?" Shen Gongbao asked with a smile as he walked toward Peach Demon.
Peach Demon snorted coldly and still did not respond.
"If you like him, just admit it. Why be so coy?" Shen Gongbao burst into laughter again after saying that.
Peach Demon shot Shen Gongbao a disdainful glance. She had nothing but contempt for someone like him.
With a wave of Shen Gongbao's hand, the subordinates surrounding them rushed forward and seized Peach Demon.
Faced with so many experts, Peach Demon naturally could not resist and was swiftly captured.
Shen Gongbao stroked his beard and pondered for a moment before whispering a few words into the ear of a heavenly general.
"General, are we really going to lock her up there?" Shock filled the heavenly general's eyes.
"Go. There's no need to worry," Shen Gongbao said with a smile.
The heavenly general could only obey and leave.
Shen Gongbao returned to the Hall of Clarity and reported the matter to the Jade Emperor.
The Jade Emperor frowned. "That Peach Demon belongs to the Peach Blossom Clan and is extremely important to the Peach Orchard. It is truly inappropriate for you to capture her like this. It may very well provoke the Peach Blossom Clan's dissatisfaction."
The Jade Emperor did not approve of Shen Gongbao's actions.
