Looking at Kinkaku, Uchiha Shin still found it somewhat hard to believe.
"If that is the case, then the Fourth Princess is still violating the heavenly laws. Does Taishang Laojun intend to amend the heavenly regulations?" Uchiha Shin continued.
These heavenly regulations could not be changed so casually. Moreover, they had not been established by Taishang Laojun alone, nor was he the only one who could change them whenever he wished.
The heavenly regulations concerned the future of all immortals and gods and carried immense consequences. They generally would not be altered lightly. Once changed, the repercussions would truly become impossible to control.
That was why Uchiha Shin did not quite believe that Taishang Laojun would agree to this.

But if the West Blue Dragon Clan adopted the third princess as their daughter, then it would not violate the heavenly regulations.
Just as Queen Mother of the West had adopted Fourth Princess Ao Tingxin as her daughter. It did not matter if the Fourth Princess wished to marry; after all, she was not from the Heavenly Court. Even if the Heavenly Court pursued the matter, it would have nothing to do with Queen Mother of the West. This was not her biological daughter.
