Maitreya Buddha was somewhat surprised to hear this.
"Venerable One, given the current situation, can the Flame Emperor and the Yellow Emperor truly reconcile? Back then, in order to secure his position as lord of the human race, the Yellow Emperor did many things that wronged the Flame Emperor. He even forced Chiyou to lead the Nine Li clan into the Demon Clan, and caused the War God Xingtian to fall."
Maitreya Buddha continued. He still found the matter hard to believe.
Tathagata said, "Although the Yellow Emperor wronged the Flame Emperor and his followers back then, he did right by the human race. If the Yellow Emperor had not acted as he did, do you think humanity could have prospered as it does today? Could it have survived for so many years? Could it have claimed the foremost position among all living beings?
"That would have been impossible. Thus, the Yellow Emperor played an enormously important role in the development of humanity back then. Though the Flame Emperor was dissatisfied with the Yellow Emperor's actions, he never raised troops in rebellion for this very reason. He knew that only the Yellow Emperor could truly ensure humanity's enduring prosperity and secure its foremost place among all living beings.
"Even if the Flame Emperor harbored resentment, he would not reveal it. Both the Flame Emperor and the Yellow Emperor are worthy of admiration. One laid the foundation for humanity's status, while the other sacrificed greatly to establish that status. The Flame Emperor is someone who considers the greater good."
After listening to Tathagata, Maitreya Buddha nodded again, understanding much more now.
"Since the Flame Emperor is someone who considers the greater good, then if Uchiha Shin and the others bring him here this time, he will surely resolve this matter and
