"Rinnegan?" The Otsutsuki Third Elder froze. He clearly knew far less about these secrets than the clan head did.

The Third Elder did not think much of it and nodded. "Then who does the clan head intend to send this time? Should we contact Otsutsuki Hufu while we are at it?"
