The Tenseigan lay at the very center of the moon's interior. During his last visit, Shin had used Earth Style to build a palace around it.

As he stepped into the heart of the palace, the Tenseigan came into view. Soft light radiated from the gigantic eye, and sacred, vast chakra washed over him.

Without hesitation, Shin approached. His pupils had already transformed into Rinnegan as he took out a piece of hundred-year-old dawn redwood bark from his personal storage space. These had been specially treated, and their texture was now similar to paper.

Using gravity to suspend the dawn redwood paper before him, he began forming hand seals while using his Rinnegan to connect with the Tenseigan. He had limited materials, so he had to proceed with utmost caution.

This seal had only ever been theoretical. Shin activated Sage Mode to improve his control over chakra.

A thin ray of white light shot out from the Tenseigan. Under Shin's control, it traced patterns across the dawn redwood paper in a peculiar rhythm.

The Tenseigan itself possessed the properties of Yin-Yang Release. The marks left on the paper were pitch-black, with tiny flickers of lightning faintly dancing across them.
