A hoarse voice with a faintly childish tone rang out. A figure leaped up from behind the petite figure, spewing forth a jet of water like an arrow. It collided with the fire dragon in an instant. Water and fire met with a sharp hiss, and white mist spread through the air.
The Shadow Clone landed, only for the ground beneath its feet to suddenly give way. It could not help sinking downward. The white-haired boy formed hand seals with a smug smile on his face.
"Earth Style: Mud Technique!"
Not far away, Hiruzen Sarutobi watched the seamless coordination of his three disciples, and a flicker of surprise passed through his eyes. He knew that all three of them were quite capable, and he usually kept an eye on them, but he had never expected their teamwork to achieve such an effect.
From Tsunade's opening punch to his Shadow Clone being forced into such peril now, less than three minutes had actually passed.
Even three Chunin with excellent coordination might not have achieved such a result. Judging from their performance, they might even have strength left to spare.
"Teacher Sarutobi, it's over!" Tsunade shouted lightly. Her petite body appeared before the Shadow Clone, and she threw an utterly straightforward punch. With a bang, the Shadow Clone turned into white smoke and vanished.
