How was he supposed to resolve this situation? After all, he was fighting against time itself.
Still, since Lu Qiufeng had triggered a response from the Demon Eye, causing it to project his consciousness into this illusion set in the past, that meant there had to be a solution.
Otherwise, the Demon Eye would not have activated on its own at this moment and brought him here to help Lu Qiufeng.
And since this "process" existed, there had to be an "outcome" for Lu Qiufeng in the "future."
He simply had not thought of the method yet.
Although they were at different points in time, Tang Liu was still the master of this illusion. He could not directly interfere with the past and shut down the illusion—presumably because he was not strong enough yet—but he could still influence it to some extent. For instance, he could protect Lu Qiufeng from the evil soul's attacks.
And since he could influence this illusion to some extent, there had to be a way to get Lu Qiufeng out.
Illusionary Gaze dragged a person's mind into an illusion. After that, any injuries their mind suffered within the illusion would be reflected in their real body.
In truth, however, that person had not been injured. Their brain merely believed they had suffered those injuries and made their body manifest them in reality.
But because Tang Liu possessed sufficiently powerful mental power, this feedback was even stronger. For example, if someone had their head cut off in an illusion he created, their head would fall off in reality too, as though it had actually been severed.
So perhaps he could weaken this feedback, or simply put Lu Qiufeng into a state of suspended animation within the illusion, fooling its shutdown mechanism into closing it.
Lu Qiufeng,
