Blue Star era

Great Xia was one of Blue Star’s six major powers, with only America considered its equal at the highest level of national strength. Its Ninth-Order Peak Metahumans had jointly signed a peace agreement with ferocious beasts decades before the main events. 329 360

The country has a strong martial culture and publicly reveres powerful Metahumans and exceptional geniuses. When Sakura Country targeted Xu Jingming, Great Xia responded through Blood Sword’s destruction of a Heavenly Defense Dojo branch and issued a public warning that attacks on its geniuses would bring “thunderous retaliation.” 360

Great Xia placed major importance on the Yer Secret Realm expedition. Blood Sword led its team, and Xu Jingming ultimately secured 5,312 tons of Exotic Flowers and Rare Herbs for the country, giving Great Xia first place in the Global Martial Hall Exchange Competition. 809 843

National crisis

Zhou Yuanwu, Great Xia’s Speaker of the House and a Supreme Expert, was critically injured after an ambush by three Beast Gods at the border. Xu Jingming convened the National Assembly, declared Level One combat readiness, and prepared the country for possible attacks by America and Bear Country. 1112

The Assembly uncovered Ninth-Order Councilors who had leaked intelligence on Zhou Yuanwu’s condition to America. Xu Jingming executed Huang Yu and used Slave Heart Seals on two additional traitors, while communications with foreign countries were cut off to prevent further leaks. 1113 1114

Aimer, High Priest of the Kindling Divine Hall, was invited to help guard Great Xia while Xu Jingming attempted an early breakthrough to Supreme Expert rank. 1114 1116

Establishment of the empire

After reaching the Star Radiance Tier, Xu Jingming became Great Xia’s Speaker of the House and announced his intention to lead the country into a new era. 1122 1125

He later declared that Great Xia would no longer remain only a country, but would unite all of Blue Star as the Great Xia Empire. The declaration was followed by the submission or incorporation of Blue Star’s major powers and the Kindling Divine Hall. 1139 1140 1141

• Great Xia Assembly / National Assembly — The body through which Ninth-Order Councilors address national crises and elect an acting Council Speaker when necessary. 1112 1113
