The Flying Thunder God Technique was an S-rank Space-Time Ninjutsu invented by Konoha's Second, Tobirama Senju. It was a type of Body Flicker Technique.
The technique used a formula to achieve instant movement. The user would first leave a Flying Thunder God Formula on a target, allowing either the user or an object indirectly in contact with the user's chakra to teleport instantly. Once marked, the formula could not be erased.
When well-rested, the user could teleport large targets multiple times. The technique could be used to attack, shorten the distance of long-range ninjutsu, disrupt and ambush opponents, or move targets. It could also be used to evade danger or escape in a crisis.
What's more, the technique didn't require Hand Seals to activate, making it extremely convenient.
During this time, Shisui had been actively practicing the technique. He discovered that even though the system had given it to him as a reward, that only ensured he knew how to train in the Flying Thunder God Technique and understood its most basic requirements. He couldn't simply use it right away.
This showed just how difficult the Flying Thunder God Technique was to master. No wonder only the Second and Fourth Hokage had learned it over the years, despite Konoha having so many shinobi. Even Hiruzen Sarutobi, who was known as the Professor of Ninjutsu, hadn't mastered it. Talent, hard work, and opportunity were all indispensable.
"The first step to mastering the Flying Thunder God Technique is learning to create a Flying Thunder God space mark..." Shisui murmured.
A Flying Thunder God space mark was a spatial node created with the Flying Thunder God Technique. It sealed the spatial energy of the technique within that node.
Once the user activated the Flying Thunder God Technique, a strange kind of chakra would
