Unlike any day in the past nearly three hundred years, on this day the Imperial Capital received Night-Kirin's new consul, the retainer of Tania, Queen of the Magic Web, the chieftain of the barbarians of the Gallop Plains, the sole descendant of the Gallop Family to fight his way back to the land of his ancestors: Landen Gallop.
The Imperial Capital's history could be traced back tens of thousands of years to the civilization of the God-Born Race. The historical records from that time had already been lost in human chronicles, but one thing was certain: from the Ancient Human Empire more than five thousand years ago onward, the Imperial Capital had always been humanity's largest city and the center of the empire.
