In the Meditation Room of the Mentor Tower at Gallop Academy, Landen sat facing Gleia Blue Dragon and a group of teachers. Gleia had just spent an hour outlining the academy's teaching plan and course arrangements for the coming year.
By Landen's requirements, Gallop Academy covered every stage of education from kindergarten through graduation from Magic School—roughly equivalent to the full educational process through an undergraduate degree in Landen's hometown. Rather than a school, it was more like the education department for the entire territory. Thus, the teaching plan Gleia described encompassed everything from early childhood enlightenment and vocational education to the foundations of magic, Knight Apprentice training, theological education, and more.
After finishing her introduction, Gleia scratched her head somewhat helplessly and said with a frown, "Landen, the academy has far too much to handle. But there are too few teachers in our territory. I'm not sure whether this handful of teachers can meet all your requirements."
Nancy echoed from the side, "My lord, I've gathered every Mana-Less person who has taught before, but there were so many children at the Iron Mine before. We're all afraid we won't be able to look after them properly."
"I understand. You've all worked hard," Landen said, nodding.
There had been too many matters on his hands lately, so naturally he had not paid much attention to the academy. He had originally wanted to conduct short-term training for Mana-Wielders, teaching ordinary Mana-Wielders technical trades such as farming, woodworking, and Porcelain-making, while also teaching this most basic force within the territory how to properly manage the Mana-Less. Yet only now did Landen realize that even the most basic education for minors within the territory could not be made universal.
Listening to Gleia and Nancy's reports, Landen knew that if he wanted all the
