Old Hammer and Sherman, along with Sophia and Johnny, were all at the very center of the factory's first floor. There was a prototype platform here, 20 meters in diameter and 2 meters high, where a group of mages controlled the operations throughout the factory.
Around the platform stood a large number of newly completed Magic Pattern processing machines: magical metal furnaces, presses, cutting machines... These enormous machines, each standing 10 meters tall, were evenly arranged along an axis running between the factory's north and south gates.
On the floor, there were also broad stretches of tracks, Magic Patterns, and markings surrounding the large machines. The layout was so complicated that even Old Hammer, who had visited several Mountain Fortresses, could barely make sense of it.
Soon, figures appeared at the factory's western gate, accompanied by a rumbling sound. A Mana-Wielder guided a train of Mine Carts into the first floor and headed toward the platform at the center.
The train's engine was covered in complex Magic Patterns. Wherever it went, the Magic Patterns on the tracks lit up. Clearly, this was the land-bound version of the powered cargo containers that traveled between the various stretches of the Gallop River.

Before Old Hammer could finish, the eight-car Mine Cart train turned left and pulled alongside a stamping press. Without slowing down, it left its last cargo container beside the machine.
The other Carriage Bodies behind the engine were also marked with different Magic Patterns. Whenever the engine passed a large machine, the Magic Patterns in the nearby supply area lit up, as did those on the cargo container carrying the processing materials. The entire Carriage Body then entered the supply area to unload.
