"Duke? You seem to like those Magic Beasts very much?"
After the banquet ended, Rosef sought out Landen alone. Before the banquet, he had also toured the four newly completed beast quarters of different types within Roseburg. The four quarters were like upgraded versions of those Landen had previously built for Totapara, the Magic Pattern Tiger, Blaze, and Black Rabbit.
From the outside, these beast quarters looked like oversized villas. Inside, they not only contained environments and plants suited to specific Magic Beasts, but also auxiliary equipment for magic training.
Rosef was deeply moved by those quarters. "I have simply never seen anything like the beast quarters you designed."
These beast quarters represented Landen's latest achievement in training Magic Beasts to adapt to middle-class living and to life within Beastmen tribes.

Only after he became High-Rank and could consistently deliver Favored offspring safely did his status improve.
As for becoming the father of the entire Basin today, that status had only come in the last twenty years, after the second- and third-generation Favored whom he had personally cared for had grown up.
So for Rosef, rather than saying he had actively come to like Magic Beasts, it was more accurate to say that after years of
