Chapter 965: Besieging East Pillar Mountain
On the morning of December 13, snowflakes still drifted down now and then over the Gallop Plains, but the Central Forest was already quite warm.
Before Laya rose, four walls of flame, each over a hundred meters tall, suddenly sprang up within five kilometers of East Pillar Mountain. The flames immediately ignited the webs on the trees, but left the leaves untouched as they swept through the entire forest.

The surrounding forest stirred. Trees closed in around the pillar mountain, their branches firing beams of golden light that each struck at least one mid-rank ghoul-faced spider.
"Roar!" Another blast of dragon breath shot from the woods and struck the mountainside directly. More than a hundred spiders that hadn't escaped in time were roasted to a crisp.
