The contest of computational power between the two sides did not last long, because the encirclement closed in too quickly. In no time at all, Sarah had nowhere left to evade and was forced to fight.

Ramming could not truly harm Sarah, but it could hinder and restrict her movements, slowing her escape. Once she was surrounded and drained of energy, most of her advanced systems would become unusable. With only her superhuman physical abilities, escape would be impossible.

Fortunately, Sarah had accumulated quite a bit of energy since earlier. Her insect body was a special custom model. Not only did it possess numerous functions, but it also came with five energy-storage organs. The resources consumed by that tiny insect body would have been enough to create over a hundred Dark Energy Furnaces for Ancient Class use.

Facing the charging K2N9s, Sarah knew this was no time to conserve energy. Twin Negative Energy Blades extended out, and with a sweep, she dismembered two K2N9s.

Brutally knocking the shattered metal parts aside, Sarah rushed out along the passage one of the K2N9s had come through. This position had already been encircled; continuing to dig downward would be courting death. She needed to disrupt the Epoch Clan's formation first.
