The Great War is About to Begin

The first Star Gate within Zerg territory had been completed. Although deploying troops still took time, the efficiency was incomparably greater than when they had previously needed to detour to XM1209.

But that did not mean the XM1209 Star Gate had lost its purpose. Quite a few Zerg forces still roamed the Star Sea Alliance's territory, and many lifeless planets had already been transformed into overseas bases by the Zerg.

After the Anti-Epoch Clan Alliance went to war with the Epoch Clan, the attitudes of the Mid-Ring Civilizations and Outer-Ring Civilizations became highly ambiguous. They openly supported neither side, instead doing their best to minimize their presence so as not to draw the attention of the major powers at war.

As the main force of the Anti-Epoch Clan Alliance, they naturally did not dare provoke the Zerg either. Even those alien races rumored to have had their prisoners of war blown up by the Zerg did not dare say much.

The area around the XM1209 Star Gate was inhabited only by Outer-Ring Civilizations, so they dared not even breathe a word of protest.
