Okiya Subaru had told Akai Shuichi about the matter as soon as he received Uzo's summons.
So now, he did not reiterate how terrifying Uzo was, merely recounting what had happened during the meeting. In particular, he mentioned his new assignment—on the night before next Sunday's opening ceremony, he was to plant bombs in the Twin Towers of Nishitama City.
After discussing business, Okiya Subaru hesitated, unsure whether he should mention that "on the day of the meeting, Uzo had been very interested in the female high school student and child at the next table"... Perhaps Uzo had merely listened for amusement and had no intention of targeting them? Or perhaps it had only been one of Uzo's impromptu tests...
While secretly trying to gauge his superior's thoughts, Okiya Subaru followed his earlier impressions and sketched out the diagram from the materials.
"The bombs need to be installed the day before the opening ceremony. Although the Twin Towers have not yet been put into use, security guards patrol them every night at 23:00, so they must be planted after the patrol.
"These are the required locations—the Power Generation Room and Generator Room on Basement Level 4, the Server Room on the 40th Floor, the Connecting Bridge between Buildings A and B on the 60th Floor, and the rooftop of Building A."
Akai Shuichi took the sheet of paper and glanced down at it. "Did they say anything besides the assignment itself?"
Though he asked casually, Akai Shuichi was not expecting much useful information—Okiya Subaru was still only a peripheral tool, after all. The Organization would not tell him the true objective of the mission.
As expected, Okiya Subaru shook his head. "They only gave me the operation plan."
Akai Shuichi responded with an unsurprised hum.
