There were so many Cameras at the airport. While waiting for his subordinates to recover the surveillance footage, Amuro Tooru stubbornly watched them over and over countless times, yet still found nothing.
He had originally wanted to change tactics and at least memorize the suspicious person's gait and build. But after watching for a while, Amuro Tooru realized that would not work either: across different shots, the person's walking posture was actually different—he had deliberately blurred every one of his distinguishing traits.
"He was cautious to this extent... The more he acted like this, the more likely he was to be a big fish. Or did he have a record, so he had to be especially careful not to appear on Camera?"
Amuro Tooru sent this possible trait to Kazami Yuuya and had him lead people in a careful investigation.
Aside from the surveillance footage, the only remaining clue was the film crew the suspicious person had once been with.

Unfortunately, the plane had only just met with an accident. With an executive like Irish mixed in among the passengers, the Organization was surely watching this major incident as well. Even if Amuro Tooru wanted to investigate further, he did not dare make too much of a move.
"But I really didn't expect Irish to approach me on his own. Perhaps he knows this person's identity?" Thinking of that, Amuro Tooru felt some anticipation for the information that would soon be delivered
