Vodka's heart skipped a beat. Breaking out in a cold sweat, he quietly checked the backend, but found no problems.
Only then did he secretly breathe a sigh of relief, reassuring himself that he had been overthinking it. He pulled up footage from earlier and clipped it, attaching it to the new poll Vermouth had created.
With Vermouth's brief explanation added, the preceding events immediately became clear.
In the video, five Clay Pigeon Shooting enthusiasts appeared one after another, then left separately.
Soon, the poll began to move.
There was no activity in the "murderer" section for the time being. Someone slowly made a selection under "victim," while "murder weapon and cause of death" had no options and was a subjective question. Yet everyone answered that one the fastest—a whole group unanimously wrote, "Shot to death."
Chianti wasn't satisfied after answering, so she passionately posted in the chat box:
[I've been to that Clay Pigeon Shooting club nearby. That damned place is stingy as hell. Players have to bring their own Shotguns and Bullets, or rent them there at exorbitant prices. Since these five are all regulars, they must each have a Hunting Rifle by now.]
[That brat Uzo can't get his hands on a gun himself, so he loves making the unlucky puppets he controls use one. He especially loves screwing over people qualified to carry guns—I saw through him ages ago! This victim definitely died in a shooting. There are five people, for crying out loud! I hope it turns into a shooting brawl in the end. Hey, whoever's recording this, make sure you save the footage. I want to watch it after work!]
Vermouth: [Anyone could figure out something that simple. If you've really seen through Uzo, why not guess who the murderer will be?]
