Jiang Xia pointed at his Walkman and asked quietly, "I saw on the surveillance footage that you pressed its record button. Did you record what happened at the scene?"
The male college student nodded.
Jiang Xia said, "Play it."
The college student looked reluctant. "You already saw the surveillance footage. Why listen to this?"
Jiang Xia said, "The surveillance footage here only has video, no audio. It's missing some information."
Hearing that, the college student gripped his Walkman even more tightly. "I'm keeping this because it'll be useful. If I let you hear it now..."
Jiang Xia looked around, lowering his voice. "Were you planning to sell it to reporters outside?"
The college student's eyes widened as though he had seen a Ghost. "How did you know... Ahem, no! It's just that this Walkman has some of my personal files on it. I can't let you look through it whenever you want."
Jiang Xia pretended not to hear the latter half. "You're selling it either way. Why not sell it to me?
