She immediately turned and headed for Kinsong Park.
Not only were there plenty of people, but there were also some amusement facilities—perfect for changing her disguise while taking advantage of the chaos. Time, place, and people were all on her side. Shaking off one Bourbon should not be a problem.
Leaving the alley and crossing the road, Curacao grabbed the railing, vaulted over it, and landed lightly inside the park.
There were people of all ages in the park. Children swung under their parents' watchful eyes, while elderly people strolled slowly along the cobblestone paths. Curacao swept her gaze around, intending to find some structure she could slip into to hide herself, when her eyes suddenly froze on someone.

Officer Takagi rushed into the park with a shoulder bag in hand. Raising it high, he shouted at the citizens throughout the park, "There's a bomb in here, and it's about to explode—run!!"
As he spoke, he set the bag down and unzipped it. Very soon, an electronic screen with a constantly ticking countdown appeared before everyone's eyes.
The bewildered citizens jolted back to their senses at the sight. Calling to one another, they shouted, "It's a Time Bomb, move!"
A burst of chaos followed, and in the blink of an eye, the lively park became completely deserted.
