"Don't get worked up. It's actually just a handbag that was left inside the shop—haven't there been a lot of explosion cases lately? So that shop owner didn't open the bag at all. He just saw that there were some neat, orderly things inside and got suspicious, thinking it was a bomb, then called the police."
