Yagura Maji watched the Fireworks soaring into the air and shot the groom a look.
The groom tilted his head back to watch the Fireworks in the night sky and clicked his tongue. "Fireworks really do look best at night! Look at the stuff they set off during the day—it's such a waste of money."

Idiot! Who told you to watch the Fireworks? Turn that empty head of yours around and look at my signal!
Yagura Maji barely restrained the urge to use this brat for land reclamation. He cleared his throat and spoke with feigned calm. "Did you forget what I just said? When the Fireworks go off, we can make the exchange. Give me the goods."
"Oh, right." The groom came back to his senses and finally noticed his client's displeasure. He explained quietly, "I didn't forget. I just didn't expect the deal to start as soon as the Fireworks exploded—I thought someone as cautious as you would wait until they'd been going for a while."
Yagura Maji found him irritating, yet could not help wanting to lecture this utterly untalented fool. "Idiot, people get tired from keeping their heads tilted up. Most people get lazy after watching for a while—only when the Fireworks have just begun are the most people looking at the sky."
