The book was finished. Every time I typed these words, I felt strangely empty inside.
Asura was not perfect. There was even a hiatus along the way, and I am very sorry.
There are still a few things I want to say here.
First, once again, I apologize. Asura never needed to go on hiatus, and it could have been written better. But because of my own circumstances, I had too many things to deal with, which left Asura imperfect. Even the ending felt somewhat rushed.
Second, I truly want to thank Asura's readers. After that hiatus, I had completely lost my direction in writing it. Without your support, Asura might have become an abandoned story. Now, whether Asura is perfect or not, at least it is no longer abandoned. Those who enjoy it can dive in without hesitation. At the very least, you can see whether Uchiha Yue's world is exciting and experience once more the feeling of following Naruto back then through Asura.
Third, the ending was not written very well. Mainly because there were many loose ends I wanted to tie up, but I simply lacked the energy to do so. And if I were given another chance, I would choose to end it when Uchiha Yue defeated Asura and the Sage of Six Paths. The reason I dragged it on for so long was mainly because I felt there were still some things that needed to be explained. One more thing: Uchiha Nara being the final boss was decided from the very beginning of the book. It is just a pity that the final boss never truly felt like a final boss.
Fourth, if possible, I will write another Naruto fanfiction—my last Naruto fanfiction—in memory of the Naruto series that has now ended.
After all, when
