Kakashi looked at Shisui as he spoke at length, his expression turning dazed as he murmured, "You're really alike! And yet, not alike..."
"Kakashi! Kakashi... are you listening?" Shisui asked his companion with concern. "Are you all right?"
"Ah! It's nothing!" Kakashi said apologetically. "I just remembered someone. He was a lot like you—an Uchiha Clan member, and most importantly, someone who believed in protecting his comrades! But that guy was impulsive and looked rather foolish. I got distracted for a moment. Sorry."
"It's fine." Shisui shook his head. "You mean Obito, right? I've heard about you two. He was a hero! We have to carry on that belief!"
"You're right!" Kakashi said solemnly. "Before Obito died, he entrusted Rin to my care. I'll definitely protect her!"
"And me! I'll give everything I have to protect all my comrades! Kakashi, let's work hard together!"
