Sometimes, delayed access to information was not necessarily a bad thing. At the very least, while the ninja world stood on the verge of tremendous upheaval and the six great shinobi clans controlling the Five Great Shinobi Villages, along with their affiliated forces, were all tense beyond measure, someone remained carefree and leisurely.
