Background / History

Rebirth and imprisonment

Bibi Dong begins as Martial Soul Hall’s Saintess and Qian Xunji’s disciple. She defends Yu Xiaogang against her teacher’s contempt and, following Xiaogang’s advice, threatens to elope if their relationship is forbidden. Qian Xunji knocks her unconscious before she can leave the Pope Palace 1.

She awakens in the secret chamber with memories of a previous life, initially confused because she remembers having died. Her memories are incomplete, but she recognizes the chamber and remembers Qian Xunji’s earlier abuse. She attempts to escape through feigned repentance; he sees through the act, overpowers her, and sexually assaults her 2 3.

Qian Xunji keeps her imprisoned to produce children whose talent will reward his Family Prosperity System. He also threatens Yu Xiaogang’s life to secure her compliance. Bibi Dong initially hopes to repeat her previous-life revenge by arranging for Tang Hao to severely injure Qian Xunji, leaving him vulnerable to her 4.

Motherhood and restricted cultivation

After Qian Renxue’s birth, Leng Lingyuan urges Qian Xunji to kill Bibi Dong. Bibi Dong bargains for survival by offering to bear more children and asks to care for her daughter under Xue Ying’s supervision. She displays genuine affection toward the infant while also viewing their bond as a possible route to freedom 5 6 7.

Qian Xunji eventually releases Bibi Dong to meet her three daughters, intending to let her pursue the Rakshasa inheritance for his own benefit. Their reunion does not give her the leverage she expected: Qian Renxue is openly hostile, while Qian Renxia and Qian Renhui remain conflicted and attached to Leng Lingyuan 39 40 41.

Bibi Dong obtains permission to hunt an eighth soul ring with Gui Mei and the elders, then prepares to seek the Rakshasa God’s remnant soul in Slaughter City. She also gathers a personal item and a private identifying secret from Tang Weiwei, hoping to provide evidence of her captivity to the Clear Sky Sect and provoke opposition to Martial Soul Hall 41 42 44 46.

In Slaughter City, she devours soul masters, obtains the Nine Rakshasa Trials, and persuades the Nine-Headed Bat King to sacrifice itself. The sacrifice frees Tang Chen from its possession. Bibi Dong tells him about Qian Xunji’s prisoners, prompting him to leave and investigate, while she departs to find Yu Xiaogang 46 49 51 52.

Yu Xiaogang’s rejection and organized resistance

Bibi Dong finds Yu Xiaogang at Shrek Academy and initially intends to leave money to improve his circumstances. Seeing his intimacy with Liu Erlong shocks her; her incomplete memories do not initially include Liu Erlong 56.

After Xiaogang rejects her, Bibi Dong captures Liu Erlong and delivers her to Qian Xunji. She declares Xiaogang her enemy and wants him to suffer, yet continues blaming Qian Xunji for destroying their relationship 57.

She later leads an Avengers Alliance comprising Ah Yin, Tang Yuehua, Tang Weiwei, Liu Erlong, Bo Saixi, Zi Ji, and herself. Its stated aims are to overthrow Qian Xunji, Martial Soul Hall, and the Qian family, and regain the members’ freedom 86.

Completing the Rakshasa inheritance

Bibi Dong plans to devour Qian Renhui to begin her divine trials, but Qian Renxue repeatedly obstructs her. She subsequently considers bearing another child and consuming that child’s Six-Winged Angel martial soul instead 64 90.

Qian Renxue reveals that she, too, has been reborn and gives Bibi Dong a divine-power-condensed Six-Winged Angel. Bibi Dong consumes it and returns to Slaughter City to continue the trials 91.

When further progress requires level 95, Bibi Dong’s renewed devouring campaign meets organized resistance from Slaughter City’s inhabitants. Qian Renxue refuses to help her hunt powerful soul beasts, and her search for Xiao Wu fails because Xiao Wu and Tang San have already left Nuoding Academy 102 103.

Bibi Dong instead reaches an agreement with the Clear Sky Sect: she supplies secretly collected Soul Tool theory in exchange for assistance obtaining her remaining soul rings. Their hunting expedition in the Far North enables her to reach level 99 and resume the inheritance trials 104 105 106.

Godhood, defeat, and recapture

After becoming the Rakshasa God, Bibi Dong coerces Slaughter City’s Fallen Soul Masters into following her, offering freedom while threatening those who refuse. She leads tens of thousands against Martial Soul City and challenges Qian Renxue 116 117.

Qian Renxue severely wounds her. Bibi Dong then attempts to kill Qian Xunji directly, but the empire’s forces halt her advance, allowing Qian Renxue to strike again and seal her divine power. Qian Xunji returns her to the Underground Palace, where she is sexually abused, becomes pregnant again, and is restrained to prevent suicide 118 119.

Bibi Dong later escapes while Qian Xunji is absent. By the time Qian Renxue tracks her down, she has broken ninety-nine percent of the seal and nearly recovered her strength. Qian Renxue nevertheless captures her, takes her to a secret chamber in Heaven Dou City, and tortures her for a month before returning her to Martial Soul City. Personality

Bibi Dong’s early defiance is rooted in her attachment to Yu Xiaogang. She calls him a misunderstood genius and believes their love justifies leaving Martial Soul Hall. Even after discovering his relationship with Liu Erlong, she continues defending their former love and blaming Qian Xunji for its destruction 1 56 57 91.

Under captivity, she separates outward behavior from private intent. Submission, affection, apologies, and tears become tools for survival and gaining limited freedom.
