"When I saw you in the Divine-Demon Prison, I immediately understood. You were the mysterious sword Mother had chosen."

Li Ran asked in surprise, "You all say I'm the mysterious weapon meant to oppose Indra. Why? Why me?"

Jessica glanced at her mother, Shezhi, in the hospital room.

Then she continued, "My heart is with you, isn't it?"

"Yes."

Li Ran took the Eternal Vein Source containing the sealed heart of the Goddess of Fate out of the Jiuli Pot.

It was a massive crystalline body. Li Ran had once tried to destroy it, but every attempt had failed.

He had no idea what material the Eternal Vein Source crystal was made of, but it could not be destroyed.
