There was no display in the elevator, so none of the visitors knew what floor they were on.

Under the sickly green lights, the visitors' frightened faces looked terrifying too. Each one looked like a Grievous Soul returned on the seventh day after death.

"There isn't even a staff member here with us. Can someone explain what's going on? Has the tour started?" asked the man at the front. He had brought his girlfriend along, so there was no way he could back down now.
