He didn't care what others thought, and he had no moral restraints. He did everything simply because he believed he should.
People like him were terrifying, and the man in the Blood Mist understood that.
A wind carrying the stench swept across the sky. Screams rang out across the campus, but neither E nor the Painter showed any sign of wavering.
