The moment Chen Ge saw the message, he thought of the Black Phone. He didn't know who had sent it, but the sender had to be connected to one of the top Red Specters. Otherwise, the timing couldn't have been so perfect.
"Is this a threat?"

"Does she want me to help her? But why would she send this message to Lin Sisi's phone? Lin Sisi is on the Painter's side, and she's helping him guard the Apartment Buildings on the East and West Campuses."
