These tasks.
Some had been posted by cultivators within the Treasure Gathering Pavilion.
Others had been posted by the Treasure Gathering Pavilion itself.
But most of the rewards were fairly reasonable. Presumably, the Treasure Gathering Pavilion had given the matter considerable thought when listing these tasks.
The more effort a cultivator had to put in,
the more generous the reward would be.
He just did not know
whether the Treasure Gathering Pavilion sent people to investigate the level of danger when judging a task's difficulty, or whether it used some other method.
With such thoughts in mind,
He Song did not dwell on it.
He was already cautious enough.
Having Clear Wind, with Nascent Soul Late Stage cultivation, take on tasks meant for Nascent Soul Early Stage cultivators—
that gap in strength was like using a cannon to swat a mosquito.
If even that could leave Clear Wind gravely wounded, or even directly destroyed,
then there was nothing to say. It could only mean that He Song's luck was truly terrible, and that the world of cultivation was simply too dangerous.
This would not be a defeat through lack of skill.
It would merely mean that He Song's losses were somewhat great.
With those thoughts in mind, He Song let out a soft breath.
Then, he quickly began selecting from these tasks the various assignments that Clear Wind could currently handle.
First,
He Song naturally could not accept tasks like helping someone guard a branch pavilion.
Who knew whether the cultivator who had posted such a task had offended everyone in the area,
and had therefore chosen to flee outright, leaving some scapegoat to test the waters and step on the mines for him?
Even if that was not the case,
He Song could not possibly have Clear Wind guard
