At the instant the Void Gate closed, he had looked back and caught sight of that colossal claw that blotted out the sky.
Though he had no idea what kind of being the claw's owner was, it had truly terrified Ye Yun.

He did not know whether that terrifying being had merely been passing by or had been drawn over by the Void Gate.
Hopefully, he would not run into that fellow the next time he went there.
Ye Yun had already decided that the next time he entered the Teleportation Portal, he had to make thorough preparations.
At the very least, he had to stay in that world longer. He could not repeat this time, where he had fled back in panic before figuring out anything—not even what world it was.
