The Three-Tails roared, and an eerie silence fell over the battlefield.
The two groups that had been fighting tooth and nail moments earlier now stood together in a bizarre turn of events.
Facing the colossal Three-Tails, everyone felt a twinge of fear. Worse, they were in the middle of the village. If they fought the Three-Tails here, the destruction would far exceed that of the battle between the ninja.

As their temporary leader, Hozuki Zangetsu stepped forward and looked straight into the Three-Tails' eyes.
Karatachi Yagura was frustrated, too. Of course he could no longer be considered the original Karatachi Yagura. Obito's genjutsu had altered his memories, effectively creating an entirely new personality.
Naturally, he could not accept his current self disappearing again. How would that be any different from death?
But how could he answer Hozuki Zangetsu's question? The chakra lingering in his brain was the best evidence against him.
Once the accessory around his neck shattered and his concealed condition was exposed, only one side could leave alive.
And so, the next moment-
"Bastards, what do you think you're doing? You let the ravings of a bunch of bought-off traitors shake your resolve?"
Karatachi Yagura's voice boomed from the Three-Tails' mouth, resounding through heaven and earth. Quite a few people in the crowd were immediately
swayed.
After all, only a handful could sense the problem in Karatachi Yagura's brain. The vast majority of the ninja could not
determine who was telling the truth.
The civilian ninja who had just been fighting alongside Karatachi Yagura wavered even more.
Quite a few civilian ninja who had only just joined the clan ninja immediately distanced themselves again.
"Bastard! Even under genjutsu, that sneaky scumbag is still just as devious!"
