Near the east exit of JR Shinjuku Station, Tatsumiaino and Berserker had just emerged from the station. Though it was not a holiday, the eastern side was still packed with people. They deftly made their way through the crowd and out onto the street.
Tatsumiaino stretched, letting out a heartfelt sigh. After all, he had only ever seen vampires in manga and movies.
Most of the people around him looked to be about his age. There was no shortage of cute girls with pretty faces dressed in light, summery clothes. If it had been someone else, they probably would have gone up and struck up a conversation.
The sound of phone cameras suddenly rang out nearby. Several female students had aimed their phones at Tatsumiaino... or rather, at Berserker beside him, and let out delighted squeals.
To be fair, Tatsumiaino was not bad-looking, but compared to Berserker, the difference in presence was worlds apart.
