The Underworld, Other World.

King Enma, whose massive body resembled a small mountain, sat high above at his workstation.

He wore a huge pair of black-rimmed glasses, and beads of sweat kept rolling down his cheeks.

His thick beard was completely soaked with sweat.

Poor King Enma had been working overtime like this for more than a decade.

Forget working nine to nine, six days a week. For King Enma, working around the clock, seven days a week was nothing unusual.

After more than ten years of such intense work, King Enma was on the verge of going insane.

Holding a stamp in his right hand and leafing through the deceased's records with his left, he stared helplessly at the endless sea of souls before him, his eyes bloodshot.

His job was to decide which souls should go to Heaven and which should go to Hell.

But there had simply been too many souls over the past decade. Even with King Enma working overtime around the clock every single day, he could never clear the backlog.

The souls he was processing now had been waiting for several years.

There was nothing he could do. He was short-staffed.

Other World had far too few capable workers available.

As a result, he had been forced to recall all the staff stationed elsewhere, along with the temporary contractors.

They all helped share the burden.

For instance, Fortuneteller Baba was currently maintaining order along the soul passage...

The workload kept growing, and the pressure kept mounting.

King Enma did not even have time to cry.

He felt as though he had become a working machine devoid of all emotion.

Clumps of white souls stood in rows that stretched beyond the horizon.

But there were exceptions to everything.

Some cases called for special treatment.

Take those terrifying individuals who could retain their human forms even after entering Other World.

If he did not deal with them first, they would probably have torn the roof off Yemma Palace long ago.

The truly virtuous went to Heaven.

The truly wicked went to Hell.

Hmm, King Enma had to think back for a moment.

The recent arrivals who had skipped the line on their way to Hell included Bojack, Zangya, Gokua, Bujin, Bido, Android 17, and Android 18.

Going back even further, there were Vegeta, Frieza, King Cold, and so on...

Getting to Heaven was simple. You boarded the special train, and off it went, chugging away.

Going to Hell was far more complicated.

Souls destined for Hell first had to pass through a machine that washed away their evil energy. Only then could they enter Hell to receive their punishment.

Some exceptionally wicked souls could not be cleansed even after several trips through the machine.

Such evil individuals were usually sentenced to life imprisonment, condemned to languish in Hell forever, never to be reincarnated.

As for the evil energy washed out of them, it was all collected in tanks managed by designated staff.

Once those tanks were full, they were replaced with new ones. Over time, soul cleansing had become an assembly line for the dead.

Working here was dull and tedious.

In Hell.

Those utterly wicked souls had ruled over their own domains in life, and naturally, they were not about to become anyone else's lackeys in death.

The result was a situation where no one would submit to anyone else.

As a result, battles broke out in Hell every day.

This unrest had already continued for more than a year.

Rumble!

Several energy blasts crashed into the Yellow Springs, setting off deafening explosions.

Vast amounts of water erupted from the Yellow Springs and splashed everywhere, raining down across Hell.

Once this rain touched them, it corroded their souls and caused intense, stabbing pain.

Countless little demons were drenched and let out agonized screams.

On the ground, Frieza clenched his fists and glared furiously at the figures fighting in the sky, his teeth grinding.

"Ho ho ho! Filthy monkey! Damn Saiyan monkey, die already! Put your backs into it and kill him!"

In the sky, Son Goku displayed his tremendous might, taking on all five members of Bojack's squad alone.

Explosions thundered without end as energy blasts flew everywhere, throwing all of Hell into turmoil.

"Haaah!"

After testing them out, Son Goku unleashed his energy in an instant. A golden aura blazed around him, and his hair turned gold and his eyes teal as he became a Super Saiyan. Then he swept a kick through the air, aiming straight for Bojack's head.

At the sight of Son Goku's transformation, Bojack's pupils contracted sharply. His terror swelled so intensely that he forgot to dodge and took Son Goku's kick head-on.

Boom! Bojack went flying and crashed into the Yellow Springs, sending water more than ten meters into the air.

"Boss!" Gokua shouted, drawing the longsword from his back and slashing at Son Goku.

Zangya and Bido attacked Son Goku at the same time.

Bujin thrust both hands forward, trying to restrain Son Goku with magic.

"Your moves won't work on me," Son Goku said with a smile, golden energy surging from his hand as he caught Gokua's longsword outright.

With his other hand and one foot, he simultaneously blocked Zangya's and Bido's attacks.

As for Bujin's restraint, it had no effect on him whatsoever.

"Hah!" Son Goku shouted, unleashing a powerful surge of energy that blasted all four of them away.

The four tumbled through the air several times before barely managing to steady themselves.

Gokua stared at Son Goku in shock and asked, "Y-you... who are you?"

That golden hair and those teal eyes were far too familiar.

"I'm Son Goku!" Son Goku replied.

Bojack shot out of the Yellow Springs and into the sky, panting as he stared at Son Goku, who looked like a Golden War God.

He, too, asked, "What's your relationship with that guy on Earth?"

"That guy on Earth? Oh, you mean Gohan?"

"I get it! He must have killed you. Gohan really is incredible. He's grown up into someone really strong now! Hahaha!" Son Goku scratched his head and laughed heartily.

"Gohan? That guy's name is Gohan?" Bojack asked, taken aback.

"That's right. He's my son," Son Goku said, putting his hands on his hips.

"Damn it, so that's it. No wonder you have the same golden transformation," Bojack said through gritted teeth, his gaze burning with hatred as he stared at Son Goku.

"Hey, red-haired guy. Since you've fought Gohan, why don't you fight me too? I think you're probably the strongest one in Hell right now," Son Goku said, looking at Bojack.

Son Goku's words immediately provoked a wave of anger.

Frieza glared at him, his eyes filled with resentment.

Vegeta charged out from somewhere and transformed into a Super Saiyan with a boom, though judging by his energy, he was only at the initial stage of Super Saiyan 1.

"Kakarot, your opponent is me!" he said furiously.

"Vegeta, I'll fight you later. I want to fight this guy first," Son Goku said, pointing at Bojack.

"D-damn you, Kakarot! How dare you look down on me!" Veins bulged on Vegeta's forehead, and his golden aura flared even more fiercely as his anger boiled over.

"Vegeta, that's not what I meant. I just want to fight him first," Son Goku said, looking at him.

"You bastard! Damn you, Kakarot! Take this..." Furious, Vegeta accelerated and drove his fist hard at Son Goku.

Son Goku raised a hand and blocked it effortlessly.

At that same moment, a tremendous explosion rang out from deep within Other World.

Immediately afterward, pink smoke billowed out.

Everyone looked over in confusion.

Only a moment later, an utterly evil presence erupted, sweeping through all of Other World in an instant.

Then Vegeta, Frieza, Bojack, and the others discovered, to their astonishment, that the physical bodies they had lost had re-formed.
