Linoshi acted like a shy, demure girl, keeping her head lowered; she looked like the fragile type at first glance.
Furthermore, Vegeta and the others were still young—even Nappa, the oldest, was only in his teens—and they were at an age obsessed with combat, so it was no wonder they had no interest in her.
"Linoshi, what do you think?" Reiz asked, seeking her opinion first.
He turned his head, his gaze softening as he looked at her.
Reiz had already made up his mind.
If Linoshi wasn't going, then he wouldn't go either.
What could be better than training under an Angel-in-training?
"I... I have no objections..." Linoshi said, her face flushing as she spoke in a voice as soft as a mosquito's hum.
Her face had turned red to the roots of her ears, and even her neck was stained a light shade of pink.
Her blue eyes were cast downward, not daring to look at anyone, as she stared only at her own toes.
"Alright, then it's settled," Reiz nodded, agreeing readily.
"Wait a minute... what... what's going on with your combat power?" Vegeta suddenly felt that something was wrong; he gave Reiz a deep look, his brows furrowing even tighter.
Reiz was slightly stunned, unable to react for a moment.
"Reiz, why has your combat power dropped to only 3,000!" Vegeta had only just noticed the reading, his voice filled with disbelief.
He had been too busy looking at Linoshi earlier, and it was only now, after glancing at Reiz, that he discovered this shocking change.
"Eh? Is that so?" Reiz realized with a start.
While training his Divine Power, it had gradually replaced his previous energy.
This had consequently caused his combat power reading to slide.
Of course, while the numerical value had dropped, Reiz's actual strength had increased by who knows how many times.
After all, the scouter could not detect Divine Power.
"Maybe your scouter is malfunctioning," Reiz said, letting out a bit more of his energy.
He slightly urged the residual Saiyan energy within his body, and his aura instantly rose a little.
"Prince Vegeta, Reiz's combat power is 10,000!" Raditz, standing to the side, pressed the button on his scouter and said in surprise.
Vegeta noticed it too; Reiz's combat power reading had suddenly jumped from 3,000 to 10,000.
Was the scouter really malfunctioning?
Black lines slid down Vegeta's face.
At this moment, Vegeta felt like his mission had gotten off to a bad start.
They hadn't even left Planet Vegeta yet, so how could the scouter already be malfunctioning?
"You, come here!" Vegeta pointed at a Saiyan guard in the distance, his tone unfriendly.
The guard was patrolling near the spaceship, and upon hearing the Prince's summons, he hurriedly flew over.
He landed in front of Vegeta, bowed respectfully, and asked cautiously, "Prince, is there something you need?"
"Get me a new scouter," Vegeta huffed, casually removing the one he was wearing and giving it a light squeeze.
"Crack!"
A crisp shattering sound rang out.
Vegeta's scouter was crushed to pieces on the spot, the fragments falling from between his fingers and scattering across the ground.
Reiz: "..."
Reiz was speechless.
The guard was stunned for a moment, but quickly reacted, turned, and flew toward the supply warehouse not far away.
Before long, he returned with a new scouter, handing it to Vegeta with both hands.
Vegeta took the scouter, skillfully placed it over his eye, and pressed the activation button.
"Beep-beep!"
After a few soft sounds, Vegeta re-checked the combat power readings of everyone present.
Reiz: 10,000
Nappa: 2,000
Raditz: 500
Carnegie: 800
Kuri: 600
Baru: 700
Linoshi: 200
Finding that there were no more issues, Vegeta finally withdrew his gaze, satisfied.
"Let's go, get on the ship!" He snorted, turned around, and strode toward the hatch of the Spaceship.
The small figure cast a long shadow under the sunlight, exuding an arrogance and determination that belied her age.
"Reiz, after you." Nappa made a respectful gesture, stepping aside to clear the path.
Reiz didn't stand on ceremony, taking long strides toward the Spaceship.
The hatch was not particularly spacious, and the internal corridor was somewhat narrow, with soft lights embedded in the metal walls illuminating the path ahead.
The air was filled with a faint metallic scent, mixed with the distinct aroma of the ship's fuel.
However, after walking two steps, Reiz turned back to find Linoshi still standing behind, head lowered in a daze.
She stood outside the hatch, the sunlight shining from behind her, outlining her slender silhouette.
Her long black hair fluttered gently in the breeze, and she stood as still as an exquisite sculpture.
Immediately, Reiz turned and walked back, reaching out to take Linoshi's hand.
That hand was soft and slender, with a cool, smooth texture like fine jade.
"Ah?" Linoshi was startled, her body trembling slightly as she instinctively tried to pull her hand away.
She jerked her head up, her blue eyes filled with panic, her pretty face already flushed deep red, the color spreading from her cheeks to her ears and even staining her neck a faint pink.
"Let's go, follow me." Reiz said softly, his grip on her hand neither too loose nor too tight, just right.
"Mm... okay." Linoshi replied in a soft voice, nodding slightly, finally giving up her struggle.
Reiz held Linoshi's hand and led her onto the Spaceship.
Linoshi seemed very nervous; her delicate hand was trembling slightly, and her fingers felt a bit cold.
Her face grew even redder, flushed like a ripe apple, making one want to take a bite.
Reiz looked back at Linoshi again, feeling more and more that this little Angel was quite adorable.
Despite possessing such formidable strength and such a noble status, she was always so shy, so cautious, and so prone to blushing.
This contrast made Reiz's heart soften inexplicably.
After stepping onto the Spaceship, Reiz led Linoshi straight to his room.
The room was located in the middle section of the ship, with a simple numerical code marked on the door.
Reiz pressed the Space Gate button, and the hatch slid open silently to both sides.
Seeing the layout and size of the room, Reiz pressed a hand to his forehead.
It really was a single room!
This room was truly too small!
How small was it?
About half the size of a sleeper train compartment.
A bed, estimated to be only 90 centimeters wide, was pressed against the bulkhead, covered with a simple white sheet, and the pillow was flat, looking like it had no bounce.
Beside the bed was a small table equipped with a few bottles of water and some compressed food, the packaging stamped with the logo of the Frieza Force.
There was also a small, transparent window.
Other than that, there was nothing.
No wardrobe, no extra space to move around.
With two people standing inside, it was difficult even to turn around.
This reminded Reiz of his days taking the train.
To have transmigrated into a Saiyan and embarked on interstellar travel, only to end up in such a tiny compartment.
Who would believe it if they heard?
