Following the script the two had worked out, Zhang Tie was about to say no when someone suddenly flew out from among the tens of thousands of knights over there, hurtling desperately toward him as he screamed himself hoarse, "Sect Master, Sect Master, don't forget me! There's still me, Fan Sanguang! Don't forget me..."
What kind of act was this?
This person's sudden appearance made Zhang Tie forget to answer Cloud Master for the moment. Instead, he looked at the knight who had abruptly flown out from among the other knights.
The people beside Zhang Tie were all stunned. One after another, they looked at Zhang Tie, wondering whether Thousand-Machine True Lord had planted one of his own among those solitary wanderers to keep track of the independent knights' information and movements. Such a measure was merely a precaution against the unforeseen—nothing remarkable.
In no time, the man had flown before Zhang Tie.
He was a Black Iron Knight, but his face was entirely unfamiliar. Zhang Tie had never seen him before. He studied the fellow with an amused gaze. Under the Lotus Blossom Eye, Zhang Tie needed only one glance to discover that the man wore a Disguise Mask. The face created by the mask looked completely like that of an anonymous passerby. His build appeared ordinary, but upon closer inspection, both his muscles and bones were somewhat abnormal. He seemed to be using some secret method akin to bone-shrinking arts, forcibly altering his physique.
There was no dangerous aura around him, and his combat strength was negligible to Zhang Tie. Just who was this fellow who had suddenly run out? Zhang Tie was also rather puzzled.
"Who are you? We don't seem to know each other," Zhang Tie asked, sizing the man up once before rubbing his chin.
