After resting leisurely at the inn for the night, Zhang Tie got up at daybreak the next morning. After asking one of the inn's attendants how to get to Hutuo Mountain, he left the inn and headed straight there.
The town was not far from Hutuo Mountain. Zhang Tie strolled less than five kilometers before arriving at its foot.
Hutuo Mountain was not particularly tall, but it possessed an abundant spiritual aura. Black-Handed Yama Bian Heng lived on the mountain. A stone path led directly upward from its foot, and at the start of that path stood an archway over thirty meters high. Above it were only four enormous golden characters, glittering beneath the first rays of morning sunlight: "Sky-Piercing Sacred Hand." The inscription bore the signature: "Wa Emperor Palace."
This archway alone was enough to make anyone look upon it with awe.
By the time Zhang Tie arrived outside the archway, several hundred people were already waiting there. There were men and women, young and old, divine generals and ordinary people, those dressed in extravagant finery and those in plain clothing. Gathered outside the archway, they stood in an orderly line, each waiting quietly.
With a single glance, Zhang Tie knew that all of them had come seeking medical treatment and medicine. This was also Hutuo Mountain's rule: anyone who came seeking treatment had to queue here obediently and wait.
Elsewhere in the Sky-Piercing Realm, people might still cut in line. But at Hutuo Mountain, such a thing would never happen, because anyone who dared to cut in line would be driven off the mountain by Black-Handed Yama Bian Heng and denied treatment. You might ask, was there no one who resorted to force? Of course there was—but the prerequisite for using force was being able to beat Black-Handed
