The so-called Number 17 Heaven-class ultra-luxury sleeping cabin was still a far cry from the sleeping cabins on the private airship in Zhang Tie's own home.
This sleeping cabin was only about ten square meters in size. It contained a bed, a table, and a small separate bathroom partitioned off from the rest of the room. A faint scent of lavender lingered in the air.
Aside from being reasonably private and clean, this place, frankly speaking, was little different from the most basic single dormitory.
Of course, a single dormitory like this could already be considered ultra-luxurious aboard a long-distance means of transport like an airship.
The water supplied to the sleeping cabin each day was rationed; once it was used up, there was no more. The bathing facilities in the bathroom were normally just for show. Only when the airship landed on the ground for resupply and connected to the landing base's water pipe could the showerhead provide a shower.
The average interval between airship landings for resupply was five days, so if one wanted to bathe, one could basically only do so once every five days.
The airship provided three meals a day, but passengers had to eat them in the dining hall during the designated hours. Once those hours passed, the airship's dining hall closed. If one wanted something to eat or drink, one could only go to the airship's bar. The bar remained open twenty-four hours a day and served alcohol, meals, and snacks, but everything had to be paid for.
Weather permitting, the airship's observation deck was open fourteen hours
