Background / History

Tang San monitored Douluo Planet from the God Realm and regarded its “Child of Destiny” as a chess piece. He intended to bring the planet fully under his control, surrounding it with a divine barrier that prevented unauthorized gods from observing it. When the Qilin God King’s inheritance trial emerged, Tang San attempted to suppress it but failed. 63

Seeing Xia Ming as both an uncontrollable variable and a potential future God King, Tang San attempted to bind him to his own interests through Wang Dong’er. He arranged for his daughter to enter Shrek Academy disguised as a boy, intending for her to gain Xia Ming’s affection and become a means of controlling him. After Xia Ming exposed the disguise, Tang San implanted the concept of Self Martial Soul Fusion into Wang Dong’er’s mind to give her a reason to seek Xia Ming out. 113

Tang San later tried to force a Martial Soul Fusion resonance between Xia Ming and Wang Dong’er. The Qilin God King intercepted and devoured the projected divine power, then discovered that Wang Dong’er’s soul had been torn apart and stitched together by Tang San. 118 119 120

After abandoning covert persuasion, Tang San used the identity of the “Holy Emperor” to contact Ye Xishui and manipulated her through a partial Rakshasa God inheritance. He controlled the content of her trials and granted her enough Rakshasa divine power to strengthen her body and divine artifact. 120 121

His interference in the lower realm and misuse of the God Realm Hub were eventually exposed. The God of Destruction defeated him, stripped him of control over the Hub, and sentenced him to ten thousand years in the Forbidden God Land; Xiao Wu chose to accompany him. 139

Tang San is calculating, possessive, and intensely concerned with control. He treated Xia Ming’s potential as a resource to be captured, planned to use Wang Dong’er as leverage, and considered anyone beyond his influence a threat to be eliminated. 63 113 120

He carefully maintained an image of a selfless and righteous God King, but repeatedly acted through deception, coercion, and indirect manipulation. His reputation was particularly important to him; after Wang Dong’er exposed his treatment of her soul, the rejection of the other gods drove him into despair and madness. 121 270

Despite his ruthlessness, Tang San showed attachment to certain allies. He shielded Ning Rongrong from Xia Ming’s attack while attempting to escape, but later abandoned her as a shield when his own survival was at stake. 262 264

Tang San made Wang Dong’er enroll at Shrek Academy to approach Xia Ming under a male disguise. He intended to use a romantic relationship as a “leash” on Xia Ming, then secretly planted the idea that Xia Ming alone could guide her Self Martial Soul Fusion. 113

Tang San attacked Xia Ming with the Asura God Position but was gradually overwhelmed as Xia Ming stabilized his newly ascended power. Exposure and Death

Wang Dong’er revealed Tang San’s destruction of her soul to the God Realm. With his reputation destroyed and Xiao Wu dead, Tang San descended into madness. Xia Ming then killed him with a single palm strike, erasing both his divine body and soul. 270 271 272
