Background / History

The God of Destruction was allied with the Qilin God King in the ancient past and remembers the assistance the Qilin provided to him and the Goddess of Life. When the Qilin God King’s remnant soul and inheritance trial reappeared on Douluo Planet, he refused Tang San’s demand to suppress it, maintaining that the God Realm was forbidden from interfering in the trial. He instead chose to observe the successor and trust the Qilin God King’s judgment 63.

When Tang San sent Er Ming into the lower realm to kill Xia Ming, the God of Destruction openly intervened. He struck Er Ming with destruction divine lightning, deliberately weakening the final blow so that Er Ming was severely wounded rather than killed. He subsequently reached an agreement with the Qilin God King’s remnant soul to make Er Ming part of Xia Ming’s God Trial 138.

After exposing Tang San’s misuse of the God Realm Hub and interference in the lower realm, he defeated Tang San in battle and sentenced him to ten thousand years in the Forbidden God Land. During the judgment, he revealed that the restriction preventing soul beasts from becoming gods had been imposed by the Dragon God rather than by the God Realm itself 139.

Personality

The God of Destruction is stern, decisive, and uncompromising in his enforcement of divine law. He refuses to excuse violations based on status, sentencing Tang San for abusing the God Realm Hub and later executing Oscar for establishing an unauthorized cross-boundary channel 139 234.

Despite his fearsome reputation, he is capable of restraint and trust. He protects the integrity of the Qilin God King’s trial without directly aiding it, spares Er Ming’s life after punishing him, and places confidence in Xia Ming’s potential to strengthen the God Realm 63 138 259.

His anger is particularly severe when the God Realm’s order is endangered. Tang San’s release of the Golden Dragon King leaves him enraged, but he prioritizes containing the greater threat over immediately pursuing Tang San 260.

Tang San’s Exposure and Imprisonment

He retaliates when Tang San illegally interferes in the lower realm through Er Ming, then leads the judgment against Tang San for violating God Realm laws and abusing the God Realm Hub. Tang San is imprisoned for ten thousand years in the Forbidden God Land 138 139.

Food God Temple Incident

Detecting the Qilin God King’s familiar divine aura in attacks striking the Food God Temple, he investigates personally. After discovering Oscar and Ning Rongrong’s unauthorized cross-boundary channel, he executes Oscar, imprisons Ning Rongrong, and destroys the channel from the God Realm side 233 234 235.
