After bidding farewell to Hatake Sakumo, Hyuga Shinichi and Aburame Tomohiro headed toward Uzumaki Hospital together. Both of them wanted to see the baby.
As for Nawaki, he had sprinted into the village as soon as he reached its entrance. He had probably gone to find Uzumaki Michiko.
When the two arrived outside Inuzuka Oto's hospital room carrying fruit, they found that the door was not closed. They could clearly see what was happening inside and hear the conversation within.
"Dad, you've held him long enough, haven't you? It's my turn to hold him!"
Inuzuka Gai shouted at Inuzuka Kotsu.
"That won't do, Gai. You just came back from the battlefield, and you're filthy. What if you make little Kakashi sick?"
Inuzuka Kotsu replied as he held Hatake Kakashi.
"Then at least let me have a look, okay?"
"Still no. Stay farther away!"

Listening to the argument inside, Hyuga Shinichi noticed the child's name—Kakashi. That meant this child was Hatake Kakashi.
Earlier, Hyuga Shinichi had intended to ask Hatake Sakumo for the child's name to confirm it. However, right after Hatake Sakumo thanked them, someone called him away, so he never got the chance to ask what the child was called.
Now that he had heard the child was named Kakashi, Hyuga Shinichi was finally at ease.
Leaning against the bed, Inuzuka Oto watched the father and son with a smile before noticing the two people outside the door.
"Oh my, you two are here?"
"Yeah. Sorry to disturb you, Sister Oto. Tomohiro and I heard that you had a baby, so we came to visit."
Hyuga Shinichi and Aburame Tomohiro walked into the room and placed the fruit on the table.
"I'm already very happy that you came to see me. Why bring fruit too?"
"It's only proper.
