Boom! Boom! Boom!
A large number of Explosive Tags detonated at once, unleashing deafening blasts.
A searing shock wave of immense force surged outward like a raging sea, carrying billowing clouds of smoke with it.
Chunks of earth and splinters of wood were mixed in, shooting out in all directions like bullets alongside the shock wave.
The force was so great that the area at the center of the explosion seemed almost like a vacuum.
Even the rain falling from the sky was swept back upward by the powerful blast.
Only after the explosion's lingering force gradually faded did everything slowly return to normal.
The rain began to fall again, pattering against the ground.
A fierce wind swept toward the site of the explosion, scattering the thick black smoke.
Once the smoke cleared, the aftermath of the explosion came into view.
The flat ground, once covered with trees, had been blasted into a massive crater, like an enormous round-bottomed pot.
But the crater didn't look like a smooth, intact pot at all. It looked more like a "ruined pot," riddled with holes.
The surrounding land was pitted and disfigured, with a few lone tree roots still standing.
Yet at the edge of that scarred crater, one small, slightly raised mound of earth stood out.
Crack!
A fissure appeared across the surface of the mound, and then more began to form.
Suddenly, a fist punched out through one of the cracks, shattering the mound into a pile of dirt.
"How are you, Fugaku? Are you all right?"
Uchiha Yoho asked Uchiha Fugaku, whom he had shielded beneath himself.
"Cough, cough. I'm fine, Big Brother Yoho. I'm just a little dizzy."
How had the two of them, who were originally at the center of the explosion, suddenly ended up at the edge?
