When Hanzo summoned Ibuse, Chiyo immediately realized what he intended to do next.
She moved the three puppets a good distance in front of her and prepared to use the Three Treasures Suction Crush to deal with Ibuse's poison.

At Hanzo's shout, the giant salamander beneath him seemed to understand its master's intent. It opened its cavernous mouth and spewed a dense cloud of purple poison straight at Chiyo, like a raging tide.
Chiyo showed no trace of fear. She calmly moved three fingers, and the puppets controlled by her Chakra Threads sprang into action as if responding to her command.
Two puppets stood side by side, while the third balanced atop their shoulders, forming a stable triangle.
The three puppets began forming Hand Seals at the same time. With a crisp series of clicks, their tightly shut mouths opened, revealing mysterious characters hidden inside.
The characters were "Buddha," "Dharma," and "Monk."
In an instant, a powerful suction force erupted from the center of the formation.
It swept through the surroundings like a raging whirlwind, swallowing up all the poison rushing toward them.
Under the force of the terrifying suction, the poison gathered and compressed before shooting out from the back of the formation.
Chiyo had already dashed out from behind the three puppets and was closing in on Hanzo, while directing the puppets to launch attacks against him.
Normally, a puppet master would never take such a risk by closing the distance between herself and her enemy.
Instead, she would keep a safe distance, standing well away while directing her puppets to attack.
After all, a puppet master was the greatest weakness of any puppet.
But Chiyo had her own reasons for choosing this approach.
During her fierce battle with Hanzo earlier, she had begun to suspect something.
